- Provide 30/40 Mushrooms (Portobello or White)
- Provide 1 (6 oz) can of lump crab meat
- Take 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- Prepare 6 cloves garlic minced
- Get 1/4 cup butter (half stick)
- Provide 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Get 1 small yellow onion finely chopped
- Use 1/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- Prepare 1/2 cup Parmesan grated cheese
- Use 2 teaspoons Paprika

- Preheat Oven 400 degrees. Clean and remove stems from mushroom and reserve 1/4 cup. Cut mushroom stems finely. With a tea spoon remove some on the inside of the mushroom to make room for filling.
