- Get Ground Turkey
- Prepare 1 1/2 lb gr. turkey
- Provide 1 stick salted butter
- Provide 1 large yellow onion
- Get 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Take 2 large shallot bulbs
- Provide 3/4 cup dry red sherry
- Get 4 to 6 oz. Bread Crumbs (plain or Italian)

- In lg. Pot saute butter & onions, add gr. Turkey til brown. Add dry sherry w half can. Parm. Ch., Bread Crumbs. Mix together. testing to see if you can form small meatball. Remove stems from mushrooms, clean, but do not wash. Gently form balls of filling into mushrooms. Before putting on to sheet pan, sprinkle parm. Ch. (1/2) C. on top of of mush. Spray w pan spray or oil or you can store in refrigerator for a later time covered. Put stuffed mushrooms onto sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 40 min. When they look brown & sisling, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup parm. Ch. over top. Let cool & serve!
