  1. Prepare 8 oz white mushrooms
  2. Take 8 oz bulk spicy sausage
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
  4. Get 1 tbsp horseradish mustard, I used French's brand
  5. Take 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the sausage and onions together.
  3. Remove stems from mushroom caps and fill with sausage onion mix.
