  3. Take 2 Tbsp minced ginger
  4. Use 1/2 Tsp red chilli flakes

  6. Take 3 Tbs rice vinegar
  7. Take 3 Tbs soy sauce
  8. Use 2 Tsp hoisin sauce
  9. Get 1/4 cup water
  10. Provide 3 Tbs sugar
  11. Get 1/4 cup white flour
  12. Provide 3/4 cup jasmine rice

  1. Toss the chicken with the quarter cup of flour and let sit while you mix the sauce ingredients.
  2. Put your jasmine rice in a pot with water and cook as directed on package.
  3. Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, water, and sugar in a small bowl and whisk together.
  4. Add the chicken to a pan with the oil and fry until crispy.

  7. Add the sauce mixture and stir until slightly thickens (a few minutes)
