- Take Crumble
- Get 115 g butter
- Get 225 g plain flour
- Take 90 g brown sugar
- Take Pinch salt
- Prepare Fruit

- Preheat oven to 200°C /gas 6. Put flour, butter, sugar & salt in food processor and blitz until breadcrumbs (you can mix by hand but add a little butter at a time and rub the mixture between your hands - this will take longer)

- Layer apples into bottom of ovenproof dish sprinkle with 3tbsp brown sugar
