- Prepare 4 oz self raising flower
- Use 2 oz caster suger
- Take 2 oz marg

- mix suger and flower
- with clean hands rub in margarine
- rub in until mix is like bread crums, if to clingy add flower, if to dry add water
- wash and cut apple to small pieces

- put in oven for 20 min
- check, if not golden brown keep in for 5 min checking it does not burn
