You already realize that, to achieve true health, your diet needs to be balanced and wholesome and you need to get a good amount of exercise. Sadly, we do not always have the time or the power that this type of lifestyle involves. When our work day is done, most people do not wish to go to the gym. A delicious, grease laden burger is usually our food of choice and not a leafy green salad (unless we are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy decisions doesn’t have to be irritating. If you are persistent you’ll get all of the activity and healthy food you need. Here are some hints to be as healthy as possible.

Consider the stairs. Instead of picking the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. While this will be difficult to do if you live on or if your job is on a extremely high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even just a single flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.

There are a good deal of things that contribute to your getting healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Wanting to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only signal of your health levels. You want your body to be strong too.

Instructions to make Cheese Naan - Without Kneading the Dough:
  1. Put the butter and milk in a heat resistant bowl, and microwave uncovered for 1 minute at 600 W (it should be warm to the touch).
  2. Stir with a small whisk, and melt the butter. Add the yeast, and stir well to dissolve.
  3. Add the sugar and salt.
  4. Add about 1/3 of the flour, and mix well with a whisk until there are no lumps in the mixture.
  5. Add the remaining flour, and mix with cooking chopsticks. You don't need to knead the dough, so it's easy.
  6. When the dough starts coming together, microwave on low (150 W with our microwave) for 30 seconds.
  7. Take the dough out from the microwave, and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  8. When the dough increases to 1.5 times to twice its original volume, it's ready. Press down gently to deflate the dough.
  9. Dust a working surface with a generous amount of flour, and place the dough on it. If you don't put enough flour, it may stick to the surface at the end.
  10. Roll the dough out 5 mm thick with a rolling pin while dusting with flour. (You don't need to roll it out into a circle.)
  11. Randomly add the sliced cheese on top.
  12. Wrap the cheese up in the dough, and firmly close the seam.
  13. Roll the dough out to 20 cm in diameter with the rolling pin (it should be small enough to fit into a frying pan).
  14. Pan-fry over low heat. If you want to shape it into a circle, shape the dough as shown in this photo. When one side is browned, flip over. Cover with a lid, and cook until the other side is nicely browned, checking from time to time.
  15. It's done.
  16. Cut into pieces, and enjoy. If you cut it while it's piping hot, the melting cheese will come flooding out!
  17. Of course, you can make a normal naan with this dough.
