  2. Prepare 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp sesame oil
  4. You need 2 tbsp cornstarch
  5. You need Marinade
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup soy sauce
  7. Take 1 tbsp molasses
  8. Get 1/2 cup bourbon or orange juice
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup brown sugar
  10. Use 1 tsp ground ginger or tablespoon fresh
  11. Provide 1/2 tsp garlic; minced
  12. Prepare 1/3 tsp salt

  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, place in small bowl. Combine marinade ingredients and put with chicken pieces.. Cover and store in fridge for an hour.

  3. Once chicken is cooked down. Add remaining marinade and bring to a bubble. Take your cornstarch and mix it with a tablespoon of water. Than add to marinade. Keep bubbling til it thicken. Take off heat and serve with white rice.
