  2. You need 1 tbsp oil
  3. Get 250 grams bacon or pancetta
  4. Provide 250 grams mushrooms sliced

  8. roll out the remaining pastry and use to top the pie, moistening the edges to ensure a complete seal
  9. use pastry trimmings to decorate pie
  10. brush with egg or milk to glaze and bake in the oven for approx. 35mins until golden
