- Combine sweetened condensed milk, marscapone cheese,cream cheese and vanilla, Using an electric handheld mixer, mix until smooth
- While mixing, slowly add in lime juice n lime jello/jelly mix (just add in the granules,do not add water!)
- Once the mixture is smooth, Pour into the ready made Oreo Pie Crust
- Grate the outside of the green lime onto ur Key Lime Pie as a garnish n add thin slices of the lime as decor for ur Pie,,,:)
- Put it in ur fridge n wait until it sets,,,between 4-8 hours depending on how cold ur fridge is,,,
- I say it serves 6 but, it varies on the size of the piece u want for urself. I like a big piece,,,the reason I chose to use lime jello/jelly mix is because, the pie will set better n sturdier,,,holding the cream cheese n marscarpone cheese together,,,to make 2 Pies, just double the amount of ingredients,,,:)
