- Use 1 Cucumber
- Provide Brine
- Take 1/2 tsp ◎Salt
- You need 1 tbsp ◎Vinegar
- Get 2 tsp ◎Sugar
- Prepare 1 ◎Bay leaf
Instructions to make Easy Microwave-Made Cucumber Pickles:
- Mix the ◎ brine ingredients together in a container that's deep enough to be heated in the microwave.
- Wash the cucumber and it off, then slice into 2-3 ml thick pieces. Add it to the brine and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir once and then cover tightly with plastic wrap. Heat in a 500 watt microwave for 1 minutes 30 seconds. Remove and stir again.
- Cover tightly with wrap again and microwave again at 500 watts for about 1 minute. Remove and stir again and if the cucumber has all changed color, you're good!
- Cover again tightly with the plastic wrap and let cool. Once it's cooled, store in the refrigerator and allow it to pickle for half a day to a day, then enjoy.
