- Use 8 hard boiled eggs
- Provide 1 crescent roll package of 8
Steps to make Scotch Eggs:
- cook and shell eggs
- preheat oven to 425
- when eggs are cool enough to handle , wrap each egg in breakfast sausage and place on baking sheet
- bake until sausage is cooked- about 10-15 minutes
- cool completely
- when cooled, wrap each in one triangle of crescent dough, stretching over the entire egg/sausage combo
