You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. - Take 3 cup water for 1 cup pasta. Put salt and 1teaspoon of oil bring it TO boil for 8-10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Put garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Put onion saute till onion get transparent put capsicum or other veggie. Saute for few minutes.add pasta mix it well.
- Add pasta sauce cook for 5minutes. Put some cheese.mix it well. Pasta is ready. Garnish with cheese.
