Little things, when done every day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start.   1. You need 1/2 packet Delmonte wheat pasta
  2. Take 1 cup Chopped vegetables, onion, carrot, capsicum and broccoli
  3. Take 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  5. Provide 2 tablespoon pasta sauce
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Use 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  8. Get 1 teaspoon pasta seasoning
  9. Provide 1 tablespoon olive oil
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Garlic ginger and green chilli chopped
Steps to make Pasta:
  1. First of all boil half packet pasta add a teaspoon of oil while boiling so that it will not get stick. Keep them aside.
  2. Put a kadai on flame add oil, put chopped ginger, garlic and chill and crackle it then put onion and other vegetable.
  3. Add salt, red chilli flakes and sauces and boiled pasta and cook it for a minute.
  4. Add seasoning your pasta is ready and serve it hot.
