The ingredients needed to prepare Spaghetti sauce:
- Take 3 pounds Lots of hash meat
- Take Sausages 12 sausages from Costco off different spice
- Prepare Spices (look at picture for type)
- Get Onion 3 big diced onions
- Use Mushrooms 680g diced
- Provide Diced tomato 6 cans of 650 ml
- Provide Tomato paste 2 cans of 369 ml
- Provide 2 litre Tomato sauce
- Take Carrots 3 big one
- Provide Celery 5 diced
- Provide Garlic 1 bud
Instructions to make Spaghetti sauce:
- Add at least 4
- Sausage of all variety. Cut it and add it in the pot. Cook it at high until it's not red anymore. From cosco
- Spices. Add what you like. I have 12 that i like. Usually i add a bit more of origano. And i added celery salt because i did not have fresh celery.
- 7 bay leaf
- 3 diced onions
- Dice tomato and tomato sauce. No need to be precice you need to fill it up. For me it took 8 litre of variaty tomato sauce.
- Add tomato paste 2x 370ml if you like spice can add a bit of chili sauce instead.
- Salt, pepper. Mustard. Etc. Be generous. Add a bit of hot spice
- Add chop mushroom, carot instead of sugar to remove acidity and green pepper. I had red pepper (what i had in hand).
- When mix, let the flavors set in. Then taste it. If it's to acid add carrots or more sugar. If not spicy and a bit more hot spice or a spice like thyme.
- Remove oil if there's too much in the pot. When all done you can remove the bay leaf, if you want. Let it sit until it's cold enough to put in containers.
