  1. Use 3/4 kg self rising flour
  2. Use 500 ml maziwa mala
  3. You need Cinnamon
  4. Get Baking powder
  5. You need Sugar

  1. Assemble all your ingredients

  4. Add the maziwa mala and start kneading
  5. Knead until the mixture is soft…and cover with a wet cloth for atleast 30 mins..
  6. Roll out the dough,and cut into desired shape and sizes
  7. Bring the oil to appropriate temperature,and add the cut out dough..Cook until golden brown..
  8. Set aside the mandazis for them to cool,and serve 😋
