The ingredients needed to cook Sauteed Chicken & Feta Wrap:
- You need 1 tortilla wrap
- Get 1 chicken breast fillet
- You need 25-40 g Feta cheese
- Prepare Parsley
- Provide Yogurt (1 table spoon)
- Prepare Salt & Pepper
- You need Honey (1 teaspoon)
- Prepare Olive Oil
- Provide Lettuce (30-50g)
Steps to make Sauteed Chicken & Feta Wrap:
- Mix Yogurt and Honey in a bowl and mix well. Seasoned with salt & pepper. (Leave aside when done, move on to the chicken)
- Start with a hot NON STICK pan (preferably) with olive oil in the pan (test it with parsley. If it sizzles, it's good to go)
- Place whole chicken breast fillet in the pan and let it cook. Only turn it once every 2 mins for proper browning.
- Season chicken with salt & pepper.
- Remove chicken once cooked and leave it to rest for about 5 mins. (It should be firm like the palm of your hand when pressed with your fingers)
- While chicken is resting, wipe the pan clean with kitchen paper.
- Start heat again, and at a very low heat, place the tortilla wraps for 30-45 seconds each side for a nice and toasted texture.

- Lay the tortilla flat, and spread the honey & yogurt sauce (recommended 1 table spoon)
- Followed by the lettuce on top of the sauce.
- Slice the chicken fillet into manageable pieces and put that on next.
- Crumble feta cheese over the chicken and add additional seasoning if needed.
