- Cut the chicken in long strips and marinate with salt,pepper,red chilli,soya sauce,hot sauce and garlic powder,vinager.
- Keep the marinated chicken in refrigerator for 30 min
- Now take egg and milk and whisk it
- Now take the marinated chicken and dip in egg mixture one by one and coat with the dry maida
- Do this step twice,shake off any excess flour
- Fry these strips for about 12 min in medium heat dont over crowd the chicken in pan,first 5 min dont turn the chicken it makes crumble.
- When chicken is become fry, place into paper towels to drain excessive oil
- To assemble the wrap take a mayo or cream cheese to spread the tortia base place the chicken strips into a tortilla wrap,top with lettuce and tomato and range sauce and wrap the tortilla with butter paper.serve with mayo garlic sauce or bar b q sauce.
