  1. Prepare 1 large sweet onion
  2. Prepare 3 cup mushrooms
  3. Prepare 1 green pepper
  4. Provide 2 cup mayonnaise
  5. Use 2 large Chicken breast
  6. Provide 2 Sandwich steaks or Flank steak I use sandwich steak
  7. Get 3 cup ground beef
  8. Provide 6 flour tortillas
  9. You need 1 1/2 cooking oil I use vegetable oil
  10. Prepare 1/3 head lettuce shreded lettuce will do
  11. Prepare 1 garlic powder
  12. Take 1 black pepper
  13. Take 1 steak seasoning
  14. Prepare 36 toothpicks
  15. Provide 1 seasoning salt
  16. Prepare 2 packages sliced provolone cheese
  17. Use 1 packages mozzarella cheese I used brick but I'm sure shreded will work as well
Steps to make Ultimate Wrap:
  1. Chop onions and green pepper very fine there should be NO big chunks.set aside
  2. Chop mushrooms not to small or fine set aside. Because they shrink in the cooking process. I like to see mine when I eat this. Set.aside
  3. Chop lettuce finely set aside
  4. Do not over cook the meats as they will be cooked a second and third time season the meats while they are in the skillet browning, don't over season because you are seasoning meat sperately and will bring the flavors together later you don't want this to become salty or overwhelming
  5. Chop chicken brown it in a skillet with a little oil and season while cooking set aside once done
  6. Chop steak brown in skillet and season while cooking set aside once done
  7. Brown ground beef and season while cooking set aside once done
  8. Once cool enough to touch, chop all the meats separately once again very fine there should be no large chunks
  9. In a large bowl combine all choped ingredients and mix evenly
  10. If you have a deep fryer great I use a large cooking pot, heat oil in the pot or fryer on high heat meanwhile prepare shells once hot turn the pot down to medium low heat
  11. on a tortilla spread mayonnaise , add 2 slices of provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese
  12. In the skillet heat 2 cups of chopped ingredients
  13. Once chopped mixture is hot put it on the tortilla and add a slice of provolone and mozzarella I like mine cheesy
  14. Make sure to turn your oil down you dont want it to burn
  15. Wrap the prepared tortilla I tuck two ends in and roll closed. Add two tooth picks to top flap and two on the tucked ends unless you have a better way of keeping it closed
  16. Once your tortilla is wrapped drop it in the hot oil (not LITERALLY lol) and cook.until golden Brown
  17. Repeat process for a.total of 6 wraps or more. I say repeat because I cook my wraps one at a time but if you are good im sure you can do two or more at once. ENJOY tne FLAVOR OF ALL FLAVORS LOL
