- Marinate some chicken breast in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, curry, seasoning cube, Rosemary and thyme
- Shallow fry the chicken on both sides, cover the pan and finish off in the oven
- Allow to rest then chop into small pieces
- Chop up some cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce
- Get some Lebanese bread, separate into 2 and arrange it with one over lapping the other
- In a small bowl, mix some ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce, black pepper and salt
- Lay some chopped veggies on the bread, add the chopped chicken
- Then spread the ketchup mix on top of the chicken. Add some more hot sauce for some added heat if required
- Wrap up the bread by tucking in the edges first then rolling from one side to the next. Make sure the chicken and veggies are properly tucked inside the bread
- Put a frying pan on heat, spray with little cooking oil and place the wrap on the frying pan.
- Lay a slight weight (like a slightly heavy plate) on top of the wrap. Allow to cook for about 2 mins then flip and place the weight on top of the wrap again. Allow the 2nd side to cook for about 2mins and put down from the heat.
