The ingredients needed to prepare Breakfast Wrap:
- You need 200 gms tender chicken
- You need 1 chopped tomato
- You need 4 lettuce leaves shredded
- Take 1 green pepper
- Get 1 yellow pepper
- Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Take 2 wheat chappati or Tortillas ( as per your wish)

- As i have electric tandoor at my home so i use that for all my vegetablea and chicken.
- First you need to marinate chicken with, half tbs red chilli powder half tbs garam masala, 1 tbs ginger garlic oaste,salt as per taste..arinate it for 4 hrs keep it in a fridge prior one dat for better taste.
- Slice down all the vegetables like capcicum, onion and keep it in tandoor for about 10 mins. And keeo chicken until it gets soft.
- I use wheat chapati, put 1 tbs of mayonnaise on top of chapati put some lettuce on it and then all thw veggies and chicken u have in tandoor.
- This is an amazing wrap recipe without using any kind of oil.
