- Take 1 cup soaked rice
- Take 3 boiled smashed potatoes
- Prepare 1 bowl mix vegetables onion carrots bell pepper tomatoes
- Prepare 1 sliced green chilli

- You need 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Provide 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Grind the soaked rice in to a fine batter add smashed potatoes in to it.
- Now add all the vegetables ginger paste and chillies along with Coriander and curry leaves. Mix well. Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
- After rest add a pinch of eno and 1 tbsp water to it. You can add more water to set the consistency.
- Now heat a pan and add oil and spread batter. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for sometime.
