- Bake the pies for 25-30 minutes until the sausage meat is cooked and the slices of apple are beginning to catch.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Use a palette knife to go around the edges to ensure your pastry has not stuck. This will then make the pies easier to lift out.
