The ingredients needed to make Macaroni & Pork:
- You need 500 g macaroni
- Get 10 pork sausages,cut into bite sizes
- Provide 2 chopped onions
- Prepare 1 chopped green pepper
- Provide 1 chopped red pepper
- You need 1 chopped yellow pepper
- You need to fry Cooking Oil
- Take to taste Curry powder
- Provide to taste BBQ spice
- Get 1 sachet Pasta sauce
Instructions to make Macaroni & Pork:
- Boil pasta until soft.
- Drain out excess water and set pasta aside.
- Braise onions in oil,then add curry powder & bbq spice
- Then add all the peppers & pork sausages
- Cook for 15mins,then empty pasta sauce sachet into jug and add 250ml of boiling water into pasta sauce and whisk for 1min
- Add pasta into cooked sausages together with the pasta sauce
- Simmer for 2mins then Serve.
