Instructions to make Tacos:
- [Taco filling] Finely chop the onion.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Pour oil into a frying pan. Fry the onions from step 1 and the garlic from step 2 until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef or pork to step 3 and fry until the color changes.
- Add the cumin, coriander, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper to step 4 and continue to fry.

- Cut the tomatos into 1 cm cubes.
- Mix steps 6 and 7, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, and mix.
- Cut the lettuce into 1 cm strips.
