- Get 500 grams Italian pork sausages
- You need 1 Oil for cooking
- Get 1 small onion, finely diced
- Get 2 clove garlic, minced
- Take 250 grams Button mushrooms, sliced
- Prepare 1 tbsp Plain flour
- Get 1 cup Chicken stock
- Use 300 ml Pure cream
- Get 2 tsp Whole grain mustard
