- Take 2 tablespoon jaggery

Steps to make Deconstructed Samosas Tostadas:
- For the Potato and pea Filling: - in a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chillies, mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, cooked peas, red chilli powder and combine well till it's cooked. And transfer to a boil and keep aside.
- For the Chickpeas Masala: - In a pan add oil, finely chopped onions, salt, and pepper for seasoning stir fry. and add tomatoes, and the chick peas and saute. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
- For the Cabbage Slaw: - Ina bowl combine cabbages, sprinkle salt, pepper, lemon juice and stir well.
- For the Tamarind Sauce: - Heat water until it boils add tamarind pulp and stir well add in jagerry, salt, sugar, cumin cook till it's thickened.
- For the Tortillas: - In a bowl combine flour, salt, water and oil. Divide into portions and roll out. Deep fry them to get it crispy.
- To Assemble: - Place the crispy tortillas, top with the potato pea filling, then with some fresh cabbage slaw, drizzle tamarind sauce finally garnish with more coriander leaves.
