- Use Dash oil or spray for the pan
- Take 4 thin cut Boneless Pork Chops
- You need 3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
- Get 2 Tablespoons reduced sodium Soy Sauce
- Provide 1 teaspoon Mustard (preferably Dijon) but yellow is fine
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper flakes (or to taste)

- In a small bowl mix Juice, soy sauce, mustard and both kinds of pepper
