- You need 11/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- Use 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- Prepare 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Provide 1 tablespoon Italian spices

- Use 1/2 cup egg substitute
Instructions to make Meatball:
- Mix all ingredients together and form 1½ inch ball. Put in top of steamer basket.
- Put ¼ cup water in bottom of steamer, cover and cook 5 to 8 mins on highe or until cook through.
- Rinse under hot water for 5 minutes
- Use in normal way you would use meatball
- To freeze, flash freeze meatball and the place in a freezer bag use as many as or few as needed.
- Makes about 3 meatball per serving
