- Take 8 oz ground beef
- Take 1/2 tomato
- Provide 1 slice onion
- You need 1/2 portabella mushroom
- Take 1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
- Use 1/4 tsp basil
- You need 1/4 tsp thyme
- Take pinch ground black pepper
- Use pinch salt
- You need 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Use 10 cilantro

- When tomato sauce is broken down, drain excess liquid, and pour sauce in bottom of bowl. Remove meatballs, place on sauce, and garnish with the last 5 cilantro leaves.
