- You need soup
- Provide 2 lb frozen meatballs, thaw out a bit
- Use 1 small onion, chopped
- Use 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- You need 3 clove garlic, minced
- Get 10 cup beef stock
- Provide 1 tsp powdered garlic
- Get 1 lb orzo pasta
- Prepare 14 oz can of Italian style stewed tomatoes
- You need 1 lb bag frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess liquid
