- Soak rice for ten minutes. Meanwhile chop all the veggies.
- In a cooker, add oil, once oil is hot add jeera. And then onions.
- Once the onions is brown in colour add all veggies and mix it well.
- Once veggies are soft, add all the masalas. And mix them nicely so that masalas raw taste should go.
- Now add leftover bhaji and mix again. Now add rice, mix and cover for two minutes.
- Now add water & bring it to boil. Then cover the cooker and wait for one whistle, then just slow the flame & wait for 1-2 minutes and now switch off the gas.
- Let the cooker cool down.
- Super tasty Bhaji-Pulao is ready, serve with masala onion and curd.
