- Prepare 5-6 Beans, chopped
- You need 1 large sized Onion, minced
- Prepare 3-4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- Use 2 Carrot, finely chopped

- You need 3 Potatoes, boiled

- Get 1-2 tbsp Coriander powder
- You need 1-2 tbsp Garam Masala

- Take 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- Use 2-4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- You need 1-2 paneer cubes, grated
- Provide 2-3 tbsp Pav Bhaji powder
- Provide 1-2 tbsp Ghee
- Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Get Salt as per taste
- You need Water
- Provide 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida
- Provide 2 paneer/cottage cheese cubes
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium low flame. Add cumin seeds, hung/asafoetida and chopped onions. Then add chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Then add all the veggies and salt. Stir well and cook them for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli, black pepper powder, kitchen king and garam masala. Mix everything well.
- Add some water and mix well. Let them cook on medium low flame.
- Start mashing the mixture. After mashing the veggies, add mashed potatoes.
- You can also add some water (if required). Again mash everything very well (not too fast). Once it's done, add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in it.
- Your lip smacking Pav bhaji is ready. Garnish it with some grated paneer and salad. Enjoy :))
