- Take a kadhai,,add ghee and butter..add jeera now add finely chopped onions,and finely chopped capsicum…saute for 2 min..dont get overcooked..and add tomatoe puree..cook until oil releases..now add salt,pepper,garam masala,amchoor,food colour,and pav bhaji masala..and cook for 1 min..
- Now add 1 tsp curd and 1 tsp.fresh malai..mix well now add mashed aloo and gradually add water acc to ur consistency….cook for 2 min now add finely chopped paneer cubes..and cook for 15 min on low flame…
