  1. Use 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  2. You need 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  3. Take 1 cup chopped potato
  4. You need 1/2 cup chopped carrot

  6. Take 2 spoons ginger garlic paste
  7. Provide 1 cup tomato puree

  9. Get 3-4 spoons mustard oil

  11. Provide 2 spoons kashmiri lal mirch powder
  12. Get 2 spoons garam masala

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Boil cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, potato with haldi and salt.
  2. Take kadhai add mustard oil. When oil becomes light in shade add onion and stir it until slightly brown.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste in it stir it and add tomato puree in it. At the same time add salt and Kashmiri lal mirch.
  4. Fry the masala until it turns brown and release oil. When it releases oil add boiled mashed veggies.
  5. Fry the veggies with masala at this stage add pav bhaji masala in it and fry it well for 25 minutes on medium flame.
  6. And then your bhaji is ready. It can be served with pav and bread.
