- You need 8 Tomatoes
- Prepare 1 beetroot
- You need 2 carrot

- Take tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, ginger, green chillies in a cooker. Add 5 cups of water. Pressure cooker it for 4 whistles.
- Remove from flame. Let the cooker opens itself. Mash the boiled tomatoes with blender. Strain the mixture in a bowl.
