- Provide 250 gm lemons
- Provide 100 gm Green chilli
- You need 2 tb sp mustard oil
- You need 1 tb sp Black salt
- Take 1 tb sp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- You need 1 tsp fennel seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide Salt to taste (normal salt as we are also using black salt)

- Dry roast fenugreek, fennel and cumin seeds and after cooling coarsely grind in a mixer.
- Wash and dry lemons and chillies. Remove its top. Chop lemons in 4 pieces and deseed.
- Heat mustard oil in a wok and allow it to come to room temperature.
