The ingredients needed to cook Baked Fish:
- Provide Rohu fish , fillet
- Take 1 Lemon
- Take 4 Garlic (cloves)
- Take 1 chilles Green
- Use Peppercorn ( seasoning)
- Take seeds Carom ( seasoning)
- Take Vegetable oil
Instructions to make Baked Fish:
- Marinate the fish in lemon juice. Also put a thick coating of garlic ground with green chillies. Sprinkle ground peppercorn and carrom seeds on top. Add salt to taste.
- Leave it to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Place the fillet on a microwave/oven suitable vessel to bake. Add vegetable oil to the vessel and let it bake for 15-20 mins on 160-180 degree centigrade. I used an electric oven to bake this time.
