  1. Take 10 oz package of Shaved Brussels Sprouts
  2. Take 8 oz package of Steamed and Peeled Baby Beets
  3. Get 4 oz Turkey Bacon
  4. Take 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Curd or Fresh Mozzarella
  5. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  6. Use Pinch Salt and Pepper
