  1. First prepare sprouts by trimming the bottoms & washing throughly.
  2. Heat olive in a large saute pan add bacon, because it makes everything better. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until fat is rendered and bacon is cooked. Remove bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Add sprouts, salt & pepper to fat saute over medium heat (5 mins) until lightly browned.
