- Use 3 cups gram flour
- Take 397 gram condensed milk

- Use 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- You need Slivered pistachios and almonds

- In a bowl mix the milk, 1 tablespoon ghee and gram flour until it resembles bread crumbs. Leave it aside for 1/2 hour. - Sieve the flour ensuring there are no lumps or blitz it in a food processor. - Add ghee in a pan and heat on medium heat. Add the flour to the ghee and keep stirring while cooking ensuring it does not stick in the bottom of the pan. Cook until golden brown and should be aromatic. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.
