- Take 7 ripe avocados
- Take 1/2 serrano chile, seeded, stemmed, and finely diced.
- Use 1 poblano pepper, seeded, stemmed, and diced
- Prepare 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- Use 1/2 minced red onion
- You need 2 tbsp lime juice
- Get 1 tsp freshly cracked pepercorns
- You need 1 tsp Mediterranean sea salt
- You need 4 roma tomatoes, seeds and pulp removed, chopped
Instructions to make Amazing Guacamole:
- Grip an avocado gently on one side with your hand. Using a large, sharp knife in the other hand, cut the avocado lengthwise around the seed. Open the two halves to expose the pit.
- Gently tap the pit with the knife with enough force so that the knife edge wedges into the pit, but not so hard as to cut all the way through.
- Test the knife remove the pit and discard.
- Scoop our the flesh of the avocado and place in mixing bowl.
