  2. Provide 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  3. Use 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  4. Use blue food coloring, until your desired color is reached
  5. Provide 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  6. You need 15 chocolate chip cookies (like Chips Ahoy)
  1. Coarsley chop 15 chocolate sandwich cookies and 10 chocolate chip cookies. Set aside.
  2. Whip the heavy whipping cream, food coloring and vanilla extract in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
