- You need 205 grams Bread (strong) flour
- Provide 45 grams Oatmeal
- You need 4 1/2 grams 'Delicious' salt
- Take 23 grams Brown sugar (white sugar is also OK)
- Use 18 grams Butter
- Provide 170 ml Milk (in the cold winter, warm to about 37 ℃)
- Provide 3 grams Dry yeast
