- Prepare 180 grams Bread (strong) flour
- Provide 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Use 2 tsp Miso
- Get 120 ml Water

- Combine all the ingredients except for the water in a bowl and mix by hand. Work the dough between your fingers to break the miso down into fine lumps.
