  1. First, mix all aloo tikki ingredients and make round flat tikki (careful, cracks should not be there).
  2. Now make maida paste by mixing maida, cornflour salt & water. Don't make a very thin batter.
  3. Dip tikki in maida batter and coat with bread crumbs. Repeat this process two times for each tikki.
  4. Keep these tikki in fridge for ten minutes.
  5. After ten minutes fry in oil, in oil tiiki should get dipped half.
