  1. Yeast ko lukewarm milk mien mix krein or cover kar ke 5 min ke liye rakh dein. Eik bowl mien flour, oil, salt, oregano daal kar mix kar lien. Yeast or milk Mixture daal kar soft dough bana lein. Dough ko oil lagakar cover kar ke rakh dein for 20 to 25 Minutes.
  2. Eik Wok mien chicken boneless breast, salt or Garlic cloves dalien, pani daal kar cover kar dein or galny tak pkayein. Jab gall Jaye to shred kar lien.
  3. Chopped capsicum, chopped carrots or chopped onions wash kar lien. Eik Wok mien oil dalien or vegetables daal kar sautay kar, shredded chicken dalien.
  4. Ab spices (salt, black pepper, red crushed Chilli or Oregono) add karein. Soya Sauce or hot sauce add kar ke mix kar lien.
  5. Eik bowl min nikal lien or cheddar cheese daal kar mix krein ab mixture ko thanda hony dien.
  6. Dough rise ho Jaye to equal size ke balls bana lien, (2 cups mien equal 6 sliders easily bnn jaty Hain). Eik ball lien rolling pin se flat kar lien thick roti ki terha.
  7. 2 tbls mixture dalien or roll ki terha fold kar lien.
  8. Rolls bana kar grease square tin mien sath sath jord ke rakh dien. Cover kar ke double proofing ke lien 10 to 15 Minutes ke liye rakh dein. Jab double in size ho Jaye to beaten egg brush karein.
  9. Or sesame seeds sprinkle kar dein. Or preheated oven mien 180° (350F) par 20 to 25 Minutes ke liye bake kar lien.
  10. Golden brown Colour a Jaye to sliders ready Hain. Butter se top brush kar ke 5 Minutes cover kar lien. Sauce ke liye eik bowl mien Mayonnaise, Ketchup, hot sauce, oregano or garlic paste daal kar mix kar lien.
  11. Freshly baked tasty sliders ko mayo chilli sauce ke sath serve krein. ❤️
