- Provide 1 lb ground beef
- Use 1/2 medium onion, finely diced
- Get 1 envelope taco seasoning
- Provide 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend is best)
- Use jarred salsa (any heat level)
- Take 12 slider buns
- You need 1/2 stick butter
- Use 1/4-1/2 tsp hot sauce such as sriracha or tobasco (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with diced onion in a medium skillet over med-high heat, breaking meat up to a fine crumble until no pink remains.
