  1. You need 4 Boneless Fish Fillets
  2. You need 2 tsp Paprika Powder
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Kali mirch powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp Namak
  5. Use 1 tsp Adrak Lehsan Paste
  6. Use 1 tbs Sirka
  7. Take 1/2 cup Maida
  8. Take 1 Egg
  9. Prepare 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes

  1. In a mixing bowl, add in your paprika powder, kali mirch powder, namak, adrak lehsan paste and sirka and mix them properly.
  2. To the prepared mixture, add in you boneless fish fillets, mix them and let them marinate for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, one by one, coat your marinated fish fillets with maida then dip them in eggs and then coat them in crushed corn flakes. Deep fry them for 3 mins each side or until fully cooked.
