- Hammer chicken fillets with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside.
- In a bowl add yogurt, cream, bihari kabab masala, ginger garlic paste and whisk well.
- Add chicken fillets. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. In a grill pan add cooking oil and fry marinated fillets from both sides until done (2 minutes each side).
- On burger bun add & spread pizza sauce. Place cooked chicken fillet, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum, tomato, jalapenos, black olives, dried oregano and red chilli crushed.
